Greta Xhaferi (founder/Myo)
Greta is a fully qualified, energetic and passionate Myotherapist who is dedicated in assisting people reach their optimal health goals. To do so, she aims to support and educate her clients by providing them with day-to-day strategies and techniques that they can implement in their daily life.
Greta holds an Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy and a Diploma of Remedial Massage from Melbourne Institute of Massage and Myotherapy (MIMT). She is also a registered member of Massage and Myotherapy Australia. Her choice of studies highlight her passion to combine health and well-being with alternative medicine techniques.
Her skills and interests range from sports massage, myofascial release, cupping, myofascial dry needling, joint mobilisation and many more! She is particularly passionate about seeing her clients’ overcome injuries, and restoring mobility throughout the body. As a previous gymnast and dancer, she is conscious of the impact injury can cause on the physical and mental well-being of the human body, and is extremely attentive in treating and seeing individuals overcome these injuries in a unique patient- tailored treatment.

Sarah Fairchild (Senior Myotherapist)
Sarah is a fully qualified, passionate and bright Myotherapist who has been with the Wellness Loft family for over 2 years. She is extremely passionate in aiding her clients achieve the greatest state of health they can be in, by assisting and educating them on day-to-day skills and techniques to improve their overall health and wellbeing.
Sarah holds an Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy and a Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy from RMIT university as well as several other professional development courses she has completed along the way. She is also a registered member of Massage and Myotherapy Australia.
Sport has always been a huge part of Sarah’s life, however, with this interest came a lot of injuries, fuelling Sarah’s drive and passion for holistic health practices. Alongside working with her clients in clinic, she also works as a trainer at Essendon Football Club and is extremely excited to begin assisting you on your health journey and help you overcome any injuries, restore mobility in your body and live a healthier lifestyle.
Sarah’s skills range from sports massage, myofascial release, joint mobilisation, cupping, sports taping and myofascial dry needling, to name a few. You can expect nothing but laughs and amazing results working with her, we feel very lucky to have her working with us!

We aim to support our clients in a holistic manner, taking into consideration all aspects of their health and wellbeing in order to assist with their recovery from: chronic pain and musculoskeletal dysfunctions. Our goal is to not only aid in reducing pain for our clients, but also to educate them on the importance of sustaining their muscular system in order to improve their everyday lives! Through a range of orthopedic and postural assessments, we are able to tailor our treatment plans for each individual, which will in turn assist our clients into leading a healthier quality of life for years to come!
